The purpose of the communications section is to create an environment where the new teacher can interact with mentors and other new teachers from any place at any time.

•  Beginning teachers will effectively use email to communicate with the mentor teachers.

•  Beginner teachers will effectively use a “bulletin board” to communicate with mentor teachers and other beginning teachers.
