GALLOWAY COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOL CELEBRATES 10th ANNIVERSARY WITH DINNER DANCE

(Galloway Township, NJ – September, 2007) – The Galloway Community Charter School is celebrating its 10 th Anniversary with a special dinner dance on Friday, October 5 th from 7-10pm at the Ram’s Head Inn.

The dinner celebrates the many people who from the securing of the charter in 1997 have worked tirelessly towards the school’s opening and its present success. Currently, there are over 300 students from Galloway Township and all over Atlantic County enrolled in Kindergarten through 8th grade.

The evening will include dinner, an awards ceremony and dancing to “Cheers the Band,” a ten-piece party group. Additionally, a silent auction will feature a variety of donated prizes, including rounds of golf at the Seaview Marriott, gift certificates from a number of area restaurants and stores, even passes to Walt Disney World.

Among those being honored are Mr. & Mrs. Jim & Cheryl Cox of Galloway, who assisted the school in its early stages of development in overseeing the design and construction of the school’s building and who have served as advisors in various capacities during its growth.
