GCCS welcomes parental involvement and considers parents our “Partners in Learning.” Parents are welcome to volunteer their time in and out of the classroom in school activities, such as NJ ASK workshops, the Dr. Seuss Birthday Party, Afternoon Teas, and events throughout the school year, such as:

• Back to School Night
• International Celebration
• Report Card and Parent/Teacher Conferences throughout the year
• Arts & Humanities Celebration
• Technology Celebration
• Kindergarten Focus Group
• Fun Day
• Kindergarten Graduation
• Environmental Celebration

The Galloway Community Charter School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is an organization that supports the GCCS mission. Parents are encouraged to participate in this organization. Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The Board of Trustees is registered with “Funding Factory,” where donated empty inkjet and laser cartridges and used cell phones help the school purchase technology equipment.
