Early Dismissal for the Week of March 1-5, 2010 at 12:30pm

There will be early dismissal for the week of March 1 – 5, 2010 @ 12:30 p.m. Parent/teacher conferences will be held during this week. It is MANDANTORY that you notify your child’s teacher and the main office to let us know if you plan on utilizing the Aftercare Program during this time period. You MUST sign up your child in advance. Your child MUST be supervised at all times during parent/teacher conferences – are not permitted to be in the school building unsupervised!

If we do not receive a note your child will be required to utilize the bus. Please make arrangements to meet your child from the bus stop during this week! This is for the safety and security of all students!

If you are planning on picking up your child during this week – a note is required for the teacher and main office. Anyone planning on picking up your child early MUST do so prior to 11:59 a.m. – the office closes @ 12:00 noon on early dismissal days – otherwise, you will have to wait until all students are dismissed at 12:30 p.m.

There will be NO LUNCH SERVICE provided during this week – parent(s)/guardian(s) MUST provide a bag lunch including a snack and juice!

Parent(s)/Guardian(s) are welcome to visit the Spring Scholastic Book Fair during this week from 9 a.m. until
3:15 p.m. Thank you for supporting our book fair!
